This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data from BetaCapture's systems and what happens after such a request.

2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us at privacy@betacapture.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account or inquiries
- A clear description of the data you want deleted
3. Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing the request. We may request additional information to confirm you are the data subject.
4. Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verification, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Exceptions
In some cases we may need to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. In such cases, we will inform you of the specific reason and the retention period.
6. Confirmation
Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that backup copies may be retained for a limited period before complete erasure.
